So, I have been searching for inspiration.. and I've found it in the form of vintage windows!
I hit the jackpot and randomly found a man (on Craigslist while hunting for vintage doors for God knows what reason..) who does all sorts of 'salvage' work! He gave me a crazy deal on a dozen windows & my banners are just screaming to be paired with these cool finds!
Old books + Old windows = love & endless history!
This one (below) had so many layers of paint.. I instantly fell for it. How many people try to create this look of layered paint?! Holy. Moly.
My dream for this window was a baby boy name (because one of the most recent layers of paint is a beautiful baby blue!).. and Luke kept popping into my mind for some reason.

Texas Fight. Words you won't get out of this Baylor girl very easily..
A friend of mine who is an amazing photographer, came to my birthday party and took about a million pictures of us in all our crazy party garb. Priceless.
But. If you're going to put a price on all that gloriousness, I guess it might be found in the form of a 'Texas Fight' banner. .. ... . ... . .. ... if you're into that sort of thing.. ;)

Beautiful. I love the new idea ~ those old window are perfect. One day soon I will have to put in an order for a "Bowen" design. Really like them!!
